Monthly Marketing Retainer Levels

A Monthly Standard Marketing Retainer - $2,500/Month

Elephantmark proudly serves, on average, 30-40 clients per year and is on retainer with several firms and companies throughout the country. We're considered a creative director consultant for hire. This marketing retainer includes up to 20 hours of our monthly time on any creative deliverable the client wishes to focus upon.

This level is meant for the majority of our clients. We will provide suggestions, guidance, and strategies and track reporting on deliverables every month. Our terms are standard, payment upfront to retain services, and we only need 15 days' notice if there needs to be an adjustment or cancellation of services.

A Monthly Basic Marketing Retainer - $1,500/Month

Elephantmark proudly serves, on average, 30-40 clients per year and is on retainer with several firms and companies throughout the country. We're considered a creative director consultant for hire. This marketing retainer includes up to 10 hours of our monthly time on any creative deliverable the client wishes to focus upon.

This retainer level is meant for supporting an overall marketing strategy or to update communications strategies gradually over a more extended period.  We will provide suggestions, guidance, and strategies and track reporting on deliverables every month. Our terms are standard, payment upfront to retain services, and we only need 15 days' notice if there needs to be an adjustment or cancellation of services.

Elephantmark is considered a creative director consultant for hire. This marketing retainer includes 30hrs+ of services or unlimited revisions of our monthly time on any creative deliverable the client wishes to focus upon.

This retainer level is for launching new start-ups or businesses that are revamping branding & marketing strategies aggressively. We will provide suggestions, guidance, and strategies and track reporting on deliverables every month. Our terms are standard, payment upfront to retain services, and we only need 15 days' notice if there needs to be an adjustment or cancellation of services.

Logo Design Includes:

1 Unique Logo Design will be designed over 3 Rounds of creative review and will be first defined by a client-approved creative brief.

  • Logo Design
  • Logo Output in RGB, CMYK, and PANTONE IN square/horizontal lock-ups.

Brand Identity Design + Brand Guidelines Includes:

1 Unique Logo Design will be designed over 3 Rounds of creative review and will be first defined by a client-approved creative brief.

A standard set of brand identity guidelines includes considerations for lock-ups, color palettes, fonts, visual style suggestions, and photography style suggestions.

In addition, a complete Brand Audit will inspect all areas of brand activation, including web, print, in-person, on-location, and online brand experiences. From this, we will compile suggestions for future communications strategies, identify areas of brand weaknesses and, in general, provide examples of brand opportunities.

A competitor analysis will also be provided for the top 3 competitors to your brand, analyzing and comparing their social, marketing strategy, commerce/e-commerce, and communications strategies.

If you choose a Shopify Website CMS there will more than likely be third-party apps required from the Shopify Developer App Network. Please be aware that the costs per month could range from 45-100 dollars a month to manage. This is entirely outside the cost of this estimate.

If you choose a WordPress CMS website Elephantmark offers to manage and host those websites using our Google C2 Compute Server. Annual costs are $650* and this price may change in the future.
